Within Solva village there are many craft shops, galleries,pubs, restaurants and cafes. The well stocked village shop and post office (Bay View Stores) is in the upper part of the village a few minutes walk from the house.They have a wide range of groceries,toys,daily newspapers,off -licence and angling supplies. St Davids , Britain's smallest city is three miles away and is a delightful place to spend many an hour, with the cathedral being a main attraction. Here there are plenty of ammenities including a large independent super-market, butcher,banks plus a selection of smaller grocers and a delicatessan.

Further afield is Haverfordwest, 12 miles from Solva and here you will find many of the high street names including Morrisons and Tescos who will deliver to the house.
